The Nomination Process

Before you start, you will need to know the following information:

1. Team name
2. Team Contact/Manager's details:
   • Full name
   • Mobile phone number
   • Email address
   • Postal address
3. The email addresses of all of your players (including yourself) (you will be able to "invite" them to join your team).
4. Referees Contact Details:
   • Full Name
   • Mobile phone Number
   • Email Address
   • Postal Address
